All applications must comply with the Nevill Bullock RTNZ Charitable Trust's general criteria for participation, including ability to converse in English.

Tour guests are encouraged to bring partners but, regrettably, the tour is not suitable for children.

Payment in full is required with the application.

Passports and visas are the responsibility of the tour applicants. Letters of invitation to assist with obtaining visas will NOT be issued by the Trust.

Travel to and from the start and finish points of the Tour will be the responsibility of the individual tour participants: however, home hosting near the arrival or departure airports may be arranged if the Tour Organiser is notified in advance.

The organisers (the Trustees), RTNZ, Round Table Areas, Round Tables and their members, their families, friends or other individuals will NOT be held responsible for any injury or loss for any participant attending the tour. The form of indemnity must be signed.

Accommodation will be by home hosting and hotel stops throughout the Tour at the discretion of the Trustees and the Tour Organiser.

The Tour leaves Christchurch but arrival to NZ should be in time for the Welcome Party.

The cost of the Tour is $NZ $1500 per person.

It is strictly not permitted for participants to break away from the Tour at any point except in extreme circumstances or an emergency.

In the event of over subscription to the tour, the Tour Organiser, on behalf of Nevill Bullock RTNZ Charitable Trust reserves the right to limit or even reduce the number of participants from any one country on the tour, and as this would be done on a strictly first-come-first served basis, so it is advisable to book early.

The Trustees of the Nevill Bullock RTNZ Charitable Trust on behalf of RTNZ reserves the right to refuse the application of any individual without giving any further reason.

The Trustees of the Nevill Bullock RTNZ Charitable Trust reserves the right to cancel the Tour if insufficient registrations are received.
